It is important to know what you are consuming and what it contains. That is why we provide all the necessary information regarding allergens present in the products from our vending machines, in compliance with current regulations (EU Regulation 1169/2011 and Royal Decree 126/2015).

1. Products we use
At Snack Time, we work exclusively with leading manufacturers of coffee and soluble vending beverages, selected for the consistent quality of their raw materials and their specific expertise regarding automatic machines designed for continuous, 24-hour use. Each product in our selection has been chosen not only for its flavor but also for its reliable dispensing performance, stability, and compliance with European food safety standards. Below, we present the brands and products that make up our range.
SAIMAZA
Manufacturer: Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE Professional)
Café Saimaza Gourmet Natural
Whole bean coffee made from a balanced blend of Arabica and Robusta, designed for the hospitality and professional vending sectors. It delivers a full-bodied espresso with an intense aroma and a smooth profile, performing equally well on its own or in milk-based drinks.
Café Saimaza Selección (60% Arábica)
A blend with a predominance of Arabica beans, offering a smoother, more aromatic profile than blends with higher Robusta content. A balanced coffee, versatile enough for the various recipes prepared by our machines.
Saimaza Descafeinado Liofilizado 250gr
Freeze-dried decaffeinated instant coffee that retains the signature aroma and flavor of Saimaza coffee. It is the base for all our decaffeinated recipes.
SIMAT
Manufacturer: Preparados Alimenticios Simat, S.L.
Simat Milk Cream Azul 0,5kg
A granulated dairy product based on semi-skimmed milk powder, offering a creaminess that perfectly balances the most intense coffees. Its uniform granulation ensures smooth flow and consistent performance in vending machines.
Simat Cacao Bombón
Instant cocoa mix with 14% cocoa powder, featuring a rich, smooth texture and a well-rounded, intense chocolate flavor. It presents beautifully in a glass or cup and performs excellently in automatic dispensing systems.
Simat Irish Coffee
Granulated cappuccino with a touch of Irish cream, combining cocoa, skimmed milk, and coffee into a creamy, indulgent drink. It is suitable for serving hot in vending machines or cold in ice cream parlors and the Horeca sector.
Simat Té al Limón
Instant tea with a balanced citrus touch, where the lemon aroma does not mask the tea’s flavor. A Simat classic that performs very consistently in vending machines.
CAPRIMO
Manufacturer: Barry Callebaut
Caprimo Cappuccino Vainilla
A sweet, creamy, milky cappuccino with a delicate vanilla aroma. One of the most popular flavored drinks in the Caprimo range for vending machines.
Caprimo Cappuccino Avellana (Noisette)
A smooth and enticing latte with an attractive layer of foam and a delicate hint of hazelnut in the aroma. The flavor comes from a flavoring, not actual nuts.

2. Allergen chart – coffee shop recipes
The following table lists all the recipes available on our coffee machines, along with their ingredients and the declared allergen for each, represented by the corresponding pictogram (see the legend in section 3). When a pictogram appears with a dashed border, it indicates that the product may contain traces of the allergen, rather than containing it as an ingredient.

3. Guide to the 14 allergens
Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 establishes 14 groups of allergens that must be declared. There is no single official pictogram defined by law; the ones we use at Snack Time are our own icons, always accompanied by a written legend to ensure their meaning is unambiguous.
